Questions
- Will my carrier find out I used this?
- No. We do not contact carriers, and nothing in the supplement your estimator submits identifies us. The package is in your system’s own wording.
- Does this break my direct repair agreement?
- We cannot answer that for your agreement — read it, or ask your counsel. What we can say is that this reads a document you already have and tells your estimator what the procedure pages say. It does not submit anything.
- What happens to my customer’s details?
- Removed on receipt — name, address, phone, VIN, plate, claim number, policy number, adjuster details. Only the redacted copy is used for review. The security page sets out exactly who sees what.
- What if a flag is wrong?
- Reject it — it never enters the package. Tell us why and the check gets demoted or pulled. We track how often each one is right.
- Which estimating systems?
- CCC ONE PDFs today. Mitchell, Audatex and EMS exports are coming; until then we can’t read them, and we’d rather say so than guess.
- Do you keep my estimates?
- Unredacted originals are deleted after 90 days. Contributing a redacted copy as a sample is opt-in, covered by the contribution terms, and you can withdraw it.
