CCC ONE
Review a CCC ONE estimate without guessing at the lines.
CCC ONE PDFs are what we read today. The review follows the operations actually on your sheet. It is not a generic list of supplements laid over the file.
What the review checks
Upload the insurer’s CCC ONE estimate as a PDF, JPG or PNG. Each line is checked against the procedure pages, position statements and inquiry records for the operations on that sheet. Flags come back priced at your labour and paint rates, with the citation on each one.
Customer name, address, phone, VIN, plate, claim and policy numbers are removed on receipt, before the document goes further. The security page is the full account of that.
What we do not read yet
Mitchell, Audatex and EMS exports are coming. Until then we can’t read them, and we’d rather say so than guess. If that is the file you have, do not expect a review of it — we will not invent one.
The supplement still leaves from your system
Your estimator accepts or rejects each flag and keys the accepted lines into CCC ONE. They submit. There is no button that sends the file to the insurer, and we will not contact the carrier about it. Nothing in the supplement identifies us.
The wider description is the collision estimate audit. Flags for operations the sheet left off are covered under missed operations on a supplement.
Send an estimate
Up to 3 estimates. No card. Back within 24 hours. Your estimator accepts or rejects every flag and submits the supplement. We never contact the insurer.
