Missed operations
Missed operations, for a supplement your estimator controls.
A supplement is the lines the first estimate did not include. The work is knowing which operation the sources treat as not included, and having the citation when someone asks why the line is there.
One flag, one operation
Every flag names the operation, prices it at your labour and paint rates, and carries the pointer it came from — a procedure-page section, a manufacturer position statement, or an inquiry record. Your estimator opens the source and reads it. We point at that source. We do not paste the procedure into the report.
The check runs against the operations actually on your sheet. It is not a standing menu of lines we add to every file.
Nothing is added unless your estimator accepts it
Reject a flag and it never enters the package. Tell us why and that check gets demoted or pulled. Lines your estimator accepts are in your system’s wording. They key those lines in and submit the supplement themselves.
We do not submit it, and we do not contact the insurer to argue the line. There is no adjuster-facing channel, and we will not add one.
What a flag is not
It is not a guarantee of payment. It is not a full rewrite of the estimate. It is a suggestion that a line may be owed, with the source beside it, so your estimator can decide.
That decision is what the collision estimate audit is for. On a CCC ONE PDF, start with the CCC ONE estimate review.
