For collision shops

The estimate came back light. Find out by how much.

Send the insurer’s estimate. We read every line, check it against the procedure pages, position statements and inquiry records that apply, and hand your estimator a flag report — what was missed, what it’s worth at your rates, and the citation behind each one.

No card. Up to 3 estimates. Back within 24 hours.

The estimator accepts or rejects every flag and submits the supplement themselves. We never contact an insurer.

There is no send button, no carrier integration and no adjuster-facing channel. We will not add one.

Not a score. A line, a number, a source.

Every flag names the operation, prices it at your labour and paint rates, and carries the pointer it came from — a procedure-page section, a manufacturer position statement, an inquiry record.

So when the adjuster pushes back, your estimator isn’t arguing from memory. They open the source and read it.

You decide, every time
Accept, reject, or mute a rule for one carrier. Nothing enters a package on its own.
Priced at your rates
Not a national average. Your labour types, your paint materials rate.
Checks that earn their place
We measure how often each check is right. The weak ones get demoted or switched off.

Feather, prime and block — adjacent panel

Refinish time is on the estimate for the adjacent panel, but no feather, prime and block operation appears. The refinish procedure pages treat it as a separate, not-included operation.

    Pre- and post-repair diagnostic scan

The vehicle carries driver-assist sensors behind the repaired area and no scan operation is written. The manufacturer position statement for this model calls for a scan after this class of repair.

Illustrative, from a redacted estimate. Dollar figures depend on your rates. A flag is a suggestion that a line may be owed — not a promise that it will be paid.

Four steps, and your estimator does the last one.

  1. 01

    Send the estimate

Drag in the PDF or the EMS export, or forward the email. CCC ONE, Mitchell or Audatex.

  2. 02

    Customer details come out

Name, address, phone, VIN, plate, claim and policy numbers are redacted on receipt, before the document goes anywhere else.

  3. 03

    Every line gets checked

Against the procedure pages, position statements and inquiry records for the operations actually on your sheet.

  4. 04

    Your estimator submits

They accept or reject each flag, key the lines into your system, and submit the supplement — exactly as today.

Your carrier never hears from us.

We do not contact insurers, adjusters or third-party administrators about your claims. Not to negotiate, not to verify, not at all. Nothing in the supplement your estimator submits identifies us.

Your estimates are not the product. We do not sell estimate data and we never share it with carriers.

Questions

Will my carrier find out I used this?
No. We do not contact carriers, and nothing in the supplement your estimator submits identifies us. The package is in your system’s own wording.
Does this break my direct repair agreement?
We cannot answer that for your agreement — read it, or ask your counsel. What we can say is that this reads a document you already have and tells your estimator what the procedure pages say. It does not submit anything.
What happens to my customer's details?
Removed on receipt — name, address, phone, VIN, plate, claim number, policy number, adjuster details. Only the redacted copy is used for review. The security page sets out exactly who sees what.
What if a flag is wrong?
Reject it — it never enters the package. Tell us why and the check gets demoted or pulled. We track how often each one is right.
Which estimating systems?
CCC ONE first, with Mitchell and Audatex read through a fallback path. EMS exports where your shop can produce them.
Do you keep my estimates?
Unredacted originals are deleted after 90 days. Contributing a redacted copy as a sample is opt-in, covered by the contribution terms, and you can withdraw it.
