Collision estimate audit
A collision estimate audit with a citation on every flag.
Send the insurer’s estimate. We read every line, check it against the procedure pages, position statements and inquiry records that apply, and hand your estimator a flag report. Not a score. A line, a number, and a source.
What comes back
A flag report, not a rewritten estimate. Each flag has three parts:
- the operation that looks missing or underpaid
- what it is worth at your labour and paint rates, not a national average
- a pointer — a procedure-page section, a manufacturer position statement, or an inquiry record
A flag is a suggestion that a line may be owed. It is not a promise that the insurer will pay it. Dollar figures move with your rates.
Your estimator submits
There is no send button and no carrier integration. Your estimator accepts or rejects each flag, keys the lines they want into your system, and submits the supplement the same way they do today. Nothing in that package identifies us.
We do not contact insurers, adjusters or third-party administrators about your claims. Not to negotiate, not to verify, not at all.
What we can read
CCC ONE estimates, as a PDF, JPG or PNG. Mitchell, Audatex and EMS exports are coming; until then we can’t read them, and we’d rather say so than guess. The CCC ONE estimate review is the page for that file.
Customer name, address, phone, VIN, plate, claim and policy numbers are removed on receipt. The security page sets out who sees the document after that.
The flags are about operations the estimate left off. That part is written up as missed operations on a supplement.
Send an estimate
Up to 3 estimates. No card. Back within 24 hours. Your estimator accepts or rejects every flag and submits the supplement. We never contact the insurer.
