This policy explains how billing, cancellation and refunds work for SuppSmith, operated by HVN Group Limited. Payments are processed by [PAYMENT_PROVIDER — not set] as merchant of record.
1. Billing basics
SuppSmith is billed month-to-month. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. Your first three estimate reviews are a free audit and are never billed.
2. Our refund promise
Month-to-month. Cancel any time in the app. Cancel within the first 14 days of any billing period for a full refund; otherwise unused days are refunded, prorated.
In practice:
- Within 14 days of a charge (your first payment or any renewal), cancel in the app or email support@suppsmith.com and we will refund that charge in full.
- After 14 days, cancel any time and we will refund the unused portion of the current billing period on a prorated basis (days remaining ÷ days in the period × amount paid). You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, whether or not you request a prorated refund.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method via [PAYMENT_PROVIDER — not set] and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. How to cancel or request a refund
Cancel any time from your account settings in the app, or email support@suppsmith.com with your account email and the billing period in question. We do not require a reason, though we appreciate feedback.
4. What is not covered
This policy covers subscription fees only. It does not cover, and we make no refund
commitment regarding, the outcome of any claim, insurer decision, or supplement submitted
using suggestions from the service — see terms.md on the nature of the service and
limitation of liability.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; changes apply to billing periods starting after the update, not retroactively.
